Cricketer Suresh Raina meet to Mr. Manoj sinha and agreed to set up cricket schools in J&K.
International cricketer Suresh Raina called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in Srinagar.
Suresh Raina the Cricket star, on the request of Lt Governor, agreed to set up a five numbers of cricket schools in Kashmir division. The main motive of Raina is to train the aspiring cricketers, particularly the youngsters from remote areas of the Jammu and Kashmir.
An officially declared that on Friday, he agreed to set up five cricket school in Jammu and Kashmir.
It’s really a great opportunities to learn cricket skill for Youth and who has interested to set their goal in cricket field.
The Lt Governor Mr.Manoj Sinha appreciated and also informed him of the government’s resolve of developing sports culture in the Union Territory.
Suresh Raina tweet on the same day and said “It gives me immense pleasure to get the support of honourable @manojsinha sir, had a productive meeting today with him on working towards creating a platform for sports in Jammu & Kashmir. Let’s make it bigger!
The Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh said the presence of the cricketer Mr. Suresh Raina in Jammu and Kashmir would help in connecting with the people, Mainly the youth, thus utilizing their energy in positive directions.
Suresh Raina said he wants to promote sports (cricket) amongst youth of Jammu and Kashmir.
Recently Suresh Raina had wrote a letter to the Director General of Police (DGP), for the promotion of cricket in Jammu and Kashmir.
Mainly he focus to identifying talented youngsters particularly underprivileged kids in the union territory.
